A Little Help With Amy

Hi Everyone.

First I wanted to apoligize for missing last weeks post. With Valentine's Day falling on Tuesday's post day wasn't good because I was so wrapped up in making the day perfect for Dale. (which I thnk it was a success. lol) I'll do my best to not miss though.

I debated with myself on the topic I chose. It can be touchy for some and even controversial. How ever I figured I'm here to share thing's with you guys that I have actually tried and hope it does people good and even get results similiar to my own. So here it is........ Weight Loss Pills.

I've always heard once we turn 30 our bodies naturally start to slow down, have less energy, our metabolism slows and even our sex drive can go down. This is of course a general notion, how ever once I turned 30 I started paying more attention to this theory. So 2 years ago I made the decision to change something in my life. Now I'll be honest and hopefully this doesn't come out as stuck up but I have never had an actual weight problem. With that being said I still wasn't happy with my body. I want to make an important point that just because someone might be smaller then you does not mean they automatically look better. It's not about size, it's about how we feel in our own skin.

I felt I had room for improvement. I started by changing my grocery list. Buying healthier snacks, thinking through more balanced dinner ideas. You can work out everyday but if you eat horribly it almost wont matter; Diet is so important. Plus I wanted to set a better example for my kids and show them it's important to eat well.

After 2 month's of eating better and seeing results I noticed I was still getting short on Patience. As I think most of us do. So I did some looking around and came across this product.
Moyo Berry pills.

I'm going to make this short and direct. I did change my diet, I started Zumba and took these pill's for 6 weeks. That's when I hit my goal and chose to stop taking them. You can take them longer until reaching your own goals. I went from a size 5 to a size 1. I did not starve myself, nor did I shock by body with excessive work out's. In fact I only worked out 3-5 times a week which I think is totally do-able for most of us.
Now I'm not guaranteeing result's like this, I'm not trying to sale this product. Just wanted to share with you something that I got results with. I have maintained my size for 2 years now. How ever if I do re-gain that weight I will with out a doubt use them again.

Good luck to anyone who chooses to try them. Here's their website with all the information. I didnt want to post everything about them and make this post too long. Check it out if your interested.
